Returns & Refunds

Last updated: April 2026. Draft pending legal review — replace before production launch.

1. Prescription Medications Cannot Be Returned

Under federal and state pharmacy law, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned or resold. Once your prescription has been dispensed by our pharmacy partner, the medication is not eligible for refund.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • You completed intake, were charged, and a licensed physician determined you were not eligible for a prescription (consultation fees may still apply; see below)
  • Your order was damaged in transit and the damage is reported within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation
  • A pharmacy or shipping error resulted in you receiving the wrong medication
  • You cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle renews

3. Consultation Fees

Physician consultation fees are non-refundable once a licensed physician has reviewed your intake, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. Consultation fees are currently:

  • Non-sterile / oral programs: $18 (covers a 12-month Rx)
  • Injectable programs: $30 (covers a 6-month Rx)

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your patient dashboard or by emailing support@peptonhealth.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@peptonhealth.com with your order number and reason for the request. We respond within two business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer. Disputing a charge without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.
