Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Availability

Pepton Health ships to most US states. Some medications and peptides are restricted in certain states due to state pharmacy regulations. Your eligibility will be confirmed during intake review.

2. Processing Time

After a licensed physician approves your prescription, orders are typically dispensed by our pharmacy partners within 2–5 business days. Shipping time is additional.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after dispensing, included at no additional charge on most subscriptions
  • Cold-chain shipping: Required for certain injectable peptides and GLP-1 medications; typically 2–3 business days with temperature-controlled packaging

4. Delivery Confirmation

Prescription shipments require signature at delivery for controlled substances and temperature-sensitive products. Standard prescriptions may be delivered without signature at carrier discretion.

5. Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your patient dashboard.

6. Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or a refused delivery, we may charge a reshipment fee. Keep your shipping address current in your patient dashboard.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Report lost or damaged shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Email support@peptonhealth.com with your order number and a photo of any damage.

8. International Shipping

Pepton does not ship outside the United States.
